Simply call us and we will collect your unwanted medicines on your next prescription delivery and we will collect them and send them away to be incinerated.

We are able to obtain your prescriptions electronically without the need for a paper copy. Simply ask your GP Surgery to nominate our pharmacy in order for your prescriptions to be transferred to us automatically.

We dispense NHS prescriptions and will give advice on how to get the most benefit from your medicines. We keep a comprehensive stock of medicines and use a fast and an efficient wholesaler service to enable us to fill all prescriptions promptly. For patients in England who do not have a valid exemption or pre-payment certificate, the NHS prescription charge is currently £9.65 per item.

During our opening hours we will be able to provide a dispensing service for your NHS prescription, whether it is from your Doctor, Dentist or Prescribing Nurse. In addition we dispense private prescriptions. Also, we are now able to offer free printed information on common illnesses, to all our customers. We have a fully computerised patient medication records system, which stores all your medication records and alerts the pharmacist to possible drug interactions. Naturally, information held about patients is confidential and covered by the Data Protection Act. In the unlikely event that we do not have a particular drug in stock, usually we will obtain it for you the same day. If it is an urgent medication which we do not have in stock, we can often arrange a special delivery from our local wholesaler within a matter of hours.

Make life easier for yourself and let us order your prescription on your behalf. Simply let us know what repeat medicines you need, a few days before they run out, either in person, by phone, fax or email and we will arrange to collect it from your Doctor's surgery. We go daily to all the Doctors surgeries in our postcode. When we have collected your prescription it will be dispensed and then delivered to your home (or workplace if requested)- this is a free service and available to everyone.
